As a technical consultant, my role involves modeling geological and reservoir data using software solutions such as SKUA® and GOCAD®. These software solutions are specifically designed for use by geologists, geophysicists, and reservoir engineers and require a high level of technical proficiency and expertise.My primary responsibility is to work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements and to provide tailored solutions that meet these needs. This requires a deep understanding of geology, geophysics, and reservoir engineering principles, as well as technical proficiency with SKUA® and GOCAD®.Throughout the modeling process, I am responsible for ensuring accuracy and quality control of the data and models, and I liaise with clients to discuss interpretation and potential solutions.

In my role as a technical consultant for Petrobras (CENPES e EDIHB), I was responsible for providing technical support and solutions for subsurface modeling using GEOLOG®, SKUA®, and GOCAD® software. My primary clients were geologists, geophysicists, and reservoir engineers, for whom I provided on-site software support and technical consultancy.My key responsibilities included leading 3D reservoir geomodelling projects, which involved developing structural models, geologic grids, and flow simulation grids. Additionally, I conducted reservoir data analysis, including facies, petrophysics properties, and log analysis, and distributed and upscaled reservoir properties.Furthermore, I conducted velocity modeling studies and time-depth conversions, and performed PSDM calibration for models, including salt modeling. To continuously improve the software and its capabilities, I provided feedback to the R&D and Product Management groups.

I worked with LWD well logging data and was responsible for creating different types of logs based on client needs and requirements. These logs were both time and depth based and required a high level of technical proficiency using software solutions such as TECHLOG and PETREL.As part of my responsibilities, I was responsible for ensuring log quality control, and I liaised with clients to discuss log interpretation. This allowed me to develop a strong understanding of client needs and requirements and to provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.Furthermore, I was responsible for creating 3D well models, which required a deep understanding of geoscience principles and technical proficiency with various software solutions. Using TECHLOG and PETREL, I was able to create highly accurate and detailed models that were used to guide decision-making processes and support exploration and production activities.
