Performed the elaboration and implementation of the income statement of each store (approximately 90 stores) with monitoring historical results against budget and forecast (Excel and Power BI); suggesting indications and assembling the feasibility of future new stores; also assisted store supervisors in the management and creation of action plans to increase the profits. Performed the monthly analysis of the company's expenses and revenue, helping the accounting area in the assembly of ancillary statements and monitoring of the results (current x budget) by area and package. I was also responsible for the creation, development and closure of cost centers in the Oracle system. Additionally, made the assembly of institutional/financial presentations for the Board; preparation/approval of the annual budget with the Board; and preparation/monitoring of medium and long term cash flow projections.

House of Brazil is a non-profit organization that aims to help Brazilians currently living in the UK. At this volunteer work I contributed by assisting at the reception, giving administrative support and also in providing service to the members.

Work in the reporting sector, preparation of montly/quarterly reports to the Canada and CVM (The Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil is the securities market authority in Brazil). Preparation analysis of accounts from Balance Sheet and Income Statement, including specific accounts for the real estate sector, according to CAN GAAP and IFRS. Participation in the SOX process. Consolidation between the business units (RJ, SP and GO).

Performing audit tests in all balance sheet accounts, periodic participation in training, physical inventories, preparation of national and international reports, analytical review, internal and job budgeting controls.
