As an Operations Specialist with experience in customer service, team management, and order processing within the publishing industry, I excel in delivering exceptional support and streamlining workflows. I started my own dog grooming business with the culmination of all my skills gathered in previous positions. I built this business from the ground up, and play a solo role in all aspects of it. Bookkeeping, marketing, website, CR, scheduling, etc are all managed by me alone. I achieved 2021 Nextdoor Business of The Year in my neighborhood, I’m on several neighborhood HOA reference sheets, and I currently am booked out throughout the year. General Admission turned a profit in its first year.

I was responsible for managing assigned contracts, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. I assisted the Project Manager with proposals and bids as needed. I worked to assist project managers teams with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. I organized projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.

My responsibilities in this position included (but were not limited to): Bookkeeping, dispatching, managing dealership accounts, scheduling customers, quelling customer issues, working directly with the owner, etc. I loved this job, but in the current climate, business declined. I had to find a position that would provide more stability.
