Setting up dining and buffet areas as per the catering manager's instructions.3. Ensuring all tableware and chafing dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized before each catering event.4. Taking inventory of ingredients and catering supplies and ordering new stock as required.5. Loading and unloading food, tableware, and catering supplies onto and off catering vehicles.6. Appropriately storing clean chafing dishes, tableware, platters, and equipment after each catering event.7. Answering guests' catering-related questions during events and addressing all complaints.8. Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote catering services.

Duties:1. Preparing tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware and arrange tables or dining areas.2. Escorting customers to their tables and assist them with seating arrangements.3. Informing customers of daily specials and present food or beverage information or menus to customers.4. Taking customer orders for food or beverages.5. Serving food or beverages for customers and pre-write customers' food orders on order slips, memorize orders and communicate dining or order details to kitchen personnel.6. Collecting payments from customers and process customer bills or payments.7. Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.8. Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station and taking out trash.9. Clean tables or counters after customers have finished dining.
