Priscilla is a fellow of the Occupational Research Centre, KAI Foundation and senior tutor for KAI Certification Courses and Advanced KAI Master Class Workshops offered through Virginia Tech's Center for Cooperative Problem Solving in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. In 1999, she began to understudy with the late, distinguished British psychologist, Dr. Michael Kirton, originator of Adaption-Innovation theory and KAI, a robust psychometric (personality) inventory measuring an individual’s preferred cognitive (creative thinking) style.KAI is used to help people gain better understanding of themselves and others. Thinking style impacts strategic practices, leadership, management, supervision and influences how individuals get along and how teams plan and execute projects. Use of KAI and Adaption-Innovation (A-I) theory helps leaders & workgroup members learn to better manage their diversity in order to manage change more effectively. KAI is used in group training and individual development as part of the management of diversity; for the enhancement of group cohesion and effectiveness; for leadership techniques, and, for problem-solving team building.

As Networks Financial Institute (NFI) director of education, Priscilla oversaw development and execution of a four-year scholarship and professional development program for undergraduate business majors as well as an innovative financial literacy outreach program for elementary students and teachers.The Networks Professional Development Program (NPDP) offered leadership and career development through: • a progressive series of professional development seminars; • team based projects; • personalized professional development activities; • career and educational planning; • mentoring and networking with academic and financial services corporate professionals; and • international study and travel opportunities.

Designed and conducted training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance for clients. Major program areas: Servant Leadership; Adaption Innovation theory and KAI, a cognitive style measure; and Creative Problem Solving, a problem solving process with divergent and convergent techniques.Served as associate tutor for KAI Certification Courses and Advanced KAI Practice Workshops in USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. Supported international network of advanced KAI practice professionals from corporate, military, and governmental institutions including teaching and research faculty, administrative leaders and graduate students.Served as associate with the Creative Problem Solving Group, Inc., as lead trainer and table facilitator to support the learning of hundreds of persons enrolled in CPS programs from academic, corporate, government and non-profit organizations.
