 To prepare the rate matrix in order to identify the market selling price as well as the budgeted ADR to achieve  Assisted on the entire Resort’s rate structure (BAR Rate, Advanced Booking Offer, Wholesaler & B2B agents’ rate as well as corporate rate) Working closely with Corporate Revenue Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing on yielding management To tabulate & create Wedding Package, Meeting Package as well as fullboard packages Work along with the major OTA such as Agoda, Booking.com, Klook, Trip.com, kkday and etc to be featured in their platform and ride on their weekly / monthly campaign (to create the awareness and the visibility of the Resort) Working closely with MARCOM Team on bringing the Resort’s visibility in the SOCMED (running a lucky draw, campaign, booster ads and etc). As well invite the KOL or journalist / bloggers to the Resort  Constantly search out for niche / luxury platforms (such as Luxury Escapes, Secret Escapes) in order to be featured in their luxury platforms Working closely with the business partner to brainstorm on how to boost business during the needs time (such as Midnight Sales, Flash Sale, One Day Campaign and etc) to penetrate into both domestic and worldwide market  Tabulate new packages in accordance to the market’s need and requirement (for example during Covid-19 pandemic, 3D2N Drive Me To Paradise and 3D2N Road Trip with Taaras created to suits the SOP requirement)  Tabulate a monthly Performance Report and review with the associates on which market segmentation to be focus on and probe on how to improve on the segmentation Preparing Individual’s Managers Sales Target Goal and KPI Assist in the preparation of the yearly Business Plan & Marketing Plan together with the Director of Business Development
