With over 8 years of industry experience in business strategy, product development, and marketing, I am the CEO and founder of Mamiru, a company that aims to make parenting more joyful. Mamiru offers a range of stylish and innovative products that cater to the needs of modern parents.Before launching Mamiru in February 2023, I was the VP of Product at Tokopedia, a leading online commerce company in Indonesia, where I scaled and matured various functions for the company. I drove cross-functional collaboration and prioritization with the senior management team, created and evolved systems, and nurtured Tokopedia’s next generation of leaders. I also contributed to the company's growth and innovation by leading several product initiatives and launches, including Tokopedia Affiliate, Live Shopping and Feed. Prior to Tokopedia, I was a management consultant with A.T. Kearney and partnered with clients in driving transformative change and sustainable growth.I hold an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Development Economics from Sarah Lawrence College. I am passionate about parenting, self-development, and getting involved in women and youth empowerment in my spare time. I am also an awardee of the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) Scholarship, a prestigious program that supports high potential individuals to prepare Indonesia's future leaders.
