• Provides couples counseling and individual counseling to children ages 12 and up, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of diagnoses• Conducts diagnostic intakes guided by DSM-5 Criteria• Uses CBT and eclectic approaches based on individual need• Trained in EMDR by EMDR Institute• Maintains medical charts by way of TherapyNotes and utilizes ICD-10 guided CPT codes for billing.

• Provides short-term problem resolution or referral, and follow up services to employees and their families• Provides crisis intervention and staffs all critical cases with EAP director• Maintains effective and confidential record keeping and data management reporting• Provides critical incident stress debriefing for groups of employees in response to traumatic incidents as needed• Provides timely and quality supervisory/leadership training and consultation services to managers regarding troubled employees• Participates, as assigned, to the work organization, regarding the development of policy and procedures related to EAP services• Establishes effective working relationships and evaluates community referral resources that provide affordable high quality services to EAP clients• Participates as liaison between EAP clients, supervisory personnel, and referral resources as necessary

Formerly UMDNJ University Behavioral HealthCare (UBHC) - Youth Case Management (YCM):• As part of Youth Case Management, provides clinical case management services that meet quality and quantitystandards within UBHC and the Department of Children and Families/Division of Child Behavioral Health Services (DCBHS). • Conducts strengths-based assessments of the service needs of youths and families • Visits youth and families in community settings including, but not limited to, families’ homes, schools, group homes, foster homes, shelters, and the detention center. • Makes appropriate referrals for mental health and other supportive services• Monitors effectiveness of services and makes linkages for aftercare• Works with public defenders and county judge, making assessments and recommendations, in court mandated cases• Participates in in-house training programs provided through UBHC and external training programs provided through DCBHS

Formerly UMDNJUniversity Behavioral Health Care (UBHC) - Children's Mobile Response & Stabilization System (CMRSS):• As part of the Children’s Mobile Response & Stabilization Services (CMRSS) team, actively participates inensuring the telephone/mobile response requests are handled in an effective and “consumer friendly”manner • Assesses telephone service requests for CMRSS and responds within 1 hour of Contracted ServiceAdministrator-established dispatch time in accordance with prescribed CMRSS program procedures• Provides face-to-face interventions in the community including, but not limited to, families’ homes, schools, group homes, foster homes, shelters, and the detention center, as observed by supervisor• Intervenes to diffuse/control crises and completes crisis assessment using crisis assessment tool• Provides skill in assessing suicide risk, mental disorders and level of care determinations• Facilitates the development of individual crisis plan (ICP)• Makes decisions regarding need for a crisis bed• Works with CMO if children are enrolled• Customizes and manages stabilization services for each individual child and family for up to 8 weeks• Refers to appropriate crisis stabilization service including intensive in-home, behavioral assistance, etc.• Refers for medication evaluations• Organizes transition and discharge from crisis services, connecting to ongoing services and family support groups. • Completes appropriate documentation and utilization review

Formerly UMDNJUniversity Behavioral HealthCare - Children's Transitional Residence:• Provide direct supervision to children (5-11 years) residing in the Children’s Transitional Residence• Function as a member of the unit team, documenting all unit activities, assisting in implementing treatment plans, and reporting on children’s behavior and progress to the treatment plan• Assist in maintaining a clean, secure, and nurturing environment

• Provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly• Provide therapy using individual, couples, family, and group modalities• Office work, paperwork, progress notes, clinical assessments, and treatment planning• Staff meetings, including case staffings and professional development workshops

Therapeutic Nursery:• Using CBT, provided 3 hour group therapy sessions to children 3-6 years old• Completed paper work and progress notes• Communicated with children’s families
