In 1988, I came to Australia alone as an oversea student with very little financial means and no English. Like many other international students, I stayed in humble shared accommodation and juggled with part time job as a kitchen hand and full time studies. In 1995, I transitioned into the corporate world and progressed from a Trainee Accountant to a Senior Finance Executive position. In 1997, I bought my first investment property and have since acquired a multi-million dollar property portfolio nationally. In 2010, I joined one of the leading property companies and became the Chief Investment Strategist .
