I want to learn as much as possible about technical recruiting, be challenged, enjoy and excel at what I do. I love to leverage social media, X-ray search, run boolean tests between search agents to test what is the most effective. I have learned to incorporate analytics to maximize sourcing. I love to find different ways of mining data on a variety of sites such as coding contests (TopCoder, CodeChef, CodeForces), talent aggregator sites, social and professional sites and emerging recruiting tools. Such sites include Hired, Connectifier, internal ATS of various types, GitHub, Identified, Hacker news, Slideshare, Facebook Graph Search, PeopleCo, Meetup groups, and Google+.I am extremely curious and always looking for new skills to learn. I love working on high level recruiting strategy and working on the big picture and internal process improvement. I'm a full cycle recruiter that runs competitive analysis, trending and close candidates.I'm currently learning about Object Oriented Programming with Python 3.5 on the Anaconda distro and document using Sphinx. My goal is the create customized recruiting tools that will "automate all the boring stuff". Also, I'm a gamer at heart.
