Ik bied hulp bij concurrentie- en relatiebedingen, geschillen met (ziek) personeel of de ondernemingsraad tot aan ontslagprocedures. Ik adviseer, procedeer en onderhandel voor bedrijven. Ook sta ik vermogende particulieren bij. ▶️𝐄𝐞𝐧 𝐠𝐨𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧..Het is cruciaal dat bedrijven vanaf het begin voldoen aan hun wettelijke verplichtingen om juridische problemen op een later moment te voorkomen. This starts with having clear agreements in contracts and a clear company policy. ▶️ 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬Do you have a legal issue? I assist you from non-compete and business relations clauses, disputes with (sick) personnel to dismissal procedures. My practice focuses on advising, litigating and negotiating for companies. I also assist affluent individuals. ▶️ 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭It is critical that companies comply with their legal obligations from the beginning, to avoid any legal issues at a later time. I can help with contracts and policies (e.g. to promote a safe work environment in which there is no place for any form of harassment). I helped a lot of companies starting and growing their business without worrying about legal details.▶️ 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬I am passionate about working on #metoo cases, and equality in the workplace (inclusive and diverse organisations). I have been regularly interviewed about these topics as an employment law expert by, among others, EenVandaag, NPO 1, BNN Vara, RTV Utrecht, Het Parool, Elsevier Weekblad, and Het Financieele Dagblad.
