Communicate with each store manager to inform them of business performance and discuss operational indicators and goals.While ensuring the smooth operation of each store, I also constantly examine market trends, learn the latest beauty products and beauty expertise, and guide the operation of beauty salons, which is crucial to developing new marketing strategies and service optimization. At Cres Wellness, we emphasize personalized experience, so I must ensure that each team member is fully trained to provide services that are in line with the brand promise.In addition, I am also involved in planning and executing employee training programs to ensure that our service personnel are aware of the latest beauty technology and customer service best practices.
