I'm extremely honored to have worked with this group of 20 amazingly motived Latinas in HR that overcame obstacles and defied statistics to achieve their dreams in Corporate America, nonprofit, and as entrepreneurs. In 2022 we will be launching Volume 2 that will continue to share their experiences that answer the questions, "Why aren't there more Latinas in executive leadership?" and show how determination, grit, and finding the right mentors can pace the way to opportunity for anyone of any background. Responsible for recruiting talent for multiple Hyatt brands and properties in Latin America. Focuses on recommending and placing the highest quality candidates.
