I am currently a case manager at Prototypes Women's Center (A program of HealthRight360). PWC's mission is to provide substance use disorder treatment services to single women and women with children that are at risk of CPS involvement and legal issues. This writer provides case management needs assessments to determine status of legal involvement i.e. DCFS, Criminal Justice, COIN, Re-Entry.I am a current grad student enrolled with University of Phoenix - Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program.I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Interdisciplinary Nonviolence Studies from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. I have customer service skills through retail sales, rigorous fundraising, participation in/hosting charity events. Experience with administrative support services. I have numerous volunteer work experiences through non-profit organizations and community service events. Alumni member of multiple student based organizations that promoted leadership development, Latina Women Empowerment in Higher Education, community service and mentor-ship. In order to advance my career, I aim to continue to develop my professional work experience, leadership potential, and personal growth as I continue my journey in my graduate program and current in-field experience.
