Develop, oversee and manage all development initiatives in conjunction with our Board of Directors, President and staff to support organizational goals. Manage membership team to acquire new members and retain and upgrade current members through the implementation of successful membership services programs. Develop and implement traditional fundraising techniques and new initiatives to gain new members and sponsors. Assist in the preparation and management of membership budget.
