As a yoga instructor I guide different yoga classes for hotel guests, conference groups and members of the Bluewater Health and Sports Club. Planning, execution and guidance of yoga events for both hotel guests as well as the surrounding community.As a spa receptionist, I work directly with customer service: check in, bookings, spa hosting, special guests demands, sauna and aromatherapy rituals, as well as bar/food serving.

Together with 30 yoga instructors, I organized a plan of action to bring an idea into reality. Having the support of a mentor, I designed logo, marketing concept, Instagram and Yotube profiles, engagement strategies, donation processes and stakeholders involvement to make this project happen. We were able to support 3 different institutions in Brazil for almost two years, by doing Seva and asking donations from the participants. In 2023, our group decided to join forces with another project called Yoga Culture, led by one of our teachers, which still is very active as of today.

I januari började jag studera på ABFVux som lärling på SFI. Denna jätte intressant programmet har lärt mig hur hotell industri fungerar både på in och utsida. På ABFVux plugga jag svenska och teori om markaden och på min APL som heter Stenungsbaden Yatch Club och Spa har jag en viktig möjligheten att praktisera kunskap genom 'hands on' närma sig.

After working for other companies, in 2017 I decided to devote some time to my own projects and partnerships. Some of them actually happened while others turned out to be great learning experiences.

I was hired to launch a new software solution based on SAP Business Intelligence technology for small/ medium size businesses (B2B IT solution). Among my responsibilities, I highlight: the design of its brand identity and digital content (including websites and social media using SEO techniques), copywrite of white papers and users manuals and supervision of materials produced by advertisement agencies. Online content management and performance analysis using as Google Analytics and Adwords, Facebook and Instagram Ads were among my daily duties. The participation in venues, like fairs and conferences, was also my responsibility . Starting from the negotiation of contracts, up to the design of our presentation and follow up reports. The insight sales team was under my supervision, performing weekly sales pipe analysis according to SAP standards, monitoring its KPIs and issuing reports to the directors board. Due to my fluency in English, I was the company's Head of Customer Services for international contracts and contacts, supporting the technicians team through SAP's international certifications.

My challenge in this position was to integrate processes among different areas of the company, in compliance with clients' projects objectives, using the most efficient marketing tool available to each specific case. Therefore I had free access to all departments in order to promote integration meetings using real-life case studies and producing reports to the board of directors of its outcome and possible changes.Stakeholders were the focus of my job, so I had to communicate with them effectively and support group activities such as internal parties, courses and company's journals.Internal communication assertiveness and on and offline content management were among my duties, in addition to the supervision journalists' team performance and guidance of strategic briefings of press releases and events participation.

This Marketing Consulting company was created by me and another partner with the purpose of offering innovative marketing solutions and outsourcing. Strategic planning, researches and ad campaigns and content writing were some of our top products. I was the general manager of the company, responsible for budgeting, accounting, contracts, billing and payrolls, but I also perfomed as a final editor for on and offline projects, proofwriter, project manager and spokesperson for campaign presentations.

In this company, I started as a Marketing Analylist, responsible for demands derived from diagnosis centers, labs and hospitals. In addition to that, I was also part of the team in charge of the company's events, such as incompany workshops, parties, conferences and social programs.After 8 months in that position, I was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor, where I faced a great challenge: to lead a team of 54 employees, located in 3 different facilities . Training, team motivation and compliance were my main duties at the time, besides dealing with tight schedules and constant changes in the work environment. Stressful situations together with the reponsibility of bringing win-win solutions for both customers and company's problems turned this job into an incredible work experience.
