About Dr. Priscilla Maria Page

I am an associate professor of theater and serve as the director of the Multicultural Theater certificate at UMASS Amherst. I earned my MFA in Dramaturgy in 2002 and my my PhD in 2018 from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I have 20+ years of teaching experience at the college level and have received two awards for teaching excellence during this time. Additionally, I work on new play development, translation, and production dramaturgy. I am currently working on a book project that chronicles Latinx theater in Chicago and have published chapters and articles on Indigenous performance and Latinx theater.
