Human Resources Coordinator
Current- Facilitate onboarding process and ensure timely completion of required tasks, communicating clearly and quickly with department managers regarding any delays.
- Process employee paperwork and system entries relating to personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Process semi-annual background checks for staff as required by outside regulatory agencies.
- Manage employee personnel records, both the physical file and the electronic file within the HRIS, Paylocity.
- Monitor and manage the central HR mailbox to ensure employee inquiries are answered quickly and efficiently.
- Act as the department’s primary point of contact for employee inquiries including but not limited to, personnel changes, benefits, transfers, new hire information and departures.
