Chairing the International MSHTR Council.- Designing and stewarding diversity and inclusion opportunities by accelerating lived experience leadership roles.- Fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, innovation, promising practices, and excellence across programmatic areas and diverse internal departments. - Global resource and training mobilization

Responsibilities aimed at co-creating a social justice and anti-trafficking vision across 13 states. The responsibilities include chairing a committee, developing a national brand and plan, leading the expansion of efforts, providing ongoing training and support, consulting with divisions, coordinating communication, strengthening partnerships, integrating a self-care plan, and implementing a tracking system.
