I am an entrepreneur on corporate environment! This is a definition that I have been using to describe my professional path since my first job in early 90´s, as an internship at insurance company.Since then, I am happy to say that I had the chance to experience a bunch of different corporate environments, collaborate and get along with a lot of people who have contributed to my personal and professional development throughout more than 25 years of career.As a Business Administrator, I am glad to say that I had the chance to work in many areas inside different companies, which gave me a holistic perception of the corporate world. Based on this knowledge, I was able to successfully complete the following:- Be a key advisor on a complicated M&A process;- Be elected as PMO for the implementation of ERP system;- Be responsible for the sustainability of a company during a long divesting process;- Be responsible for the financial and operational results of Installation and Maintenance areas (even not being a technical person)- Coordinate diversified teams with polarized members, finding the best possible balance to achieve the company´s targets- Visit and keep contact with many people from all around the world, profoundly understanding the difference in cultures all over the worldAs an individual, I am fully interest in personal development through education and sports. I am passionate for reading and self-learning, and truly believe on lifetime learning as a key component of life. As sports, I am recreational sailor and this experience values the sense of teamwork in any situation. I am also a motorcycle rider, where I have learned that focus and balance are only possible if you are moving on!
