Partnering senior management team on senior executive recruitment across APAC regions

- Manage a team of 2 in overseeing the full employee lifecycle ranging from onboarding to offboarding processes for approx. 300 headcount within Corporate functions ranging from functions like Legal, IT, Finance, etc. - Partnering Business Unit Heads & senior C-suite management on all aspects of their people agenda. This includes formulating strategies on talent management & development to facilitating employee engagement discussions and playing advisory role on employee related matters

High volume recruitment ranging from junior to HOD level roles and having hands-on involvement in end-to-end recruitment process- Conceptualize and implement Graduate Programme from identifying core competencies of a Management Associate to crafting the Assessment Centre stages and identifying final selection criteria- Explored alternative recruitment channels ranging from organizing hackathons, campus recruitment drives and themed walk-in interviews as part of talent attraction strategies

Part of the Pre-opening Team of a mixed-used development project – luxury hotel component –to draft initial phase development plans (ie, designing mission, vision, values statement for the company, setting the code of conduct standards for employees, structuring orientation programme, etc)- Worked directly with EXCOM members and assist with coordinating the team’s workflow process to ensure a productive work environment- Internally transferred to Human Resources Department of the first property for the new hotel brand, The Patina, Capitol Singapore- Worked directly with Director of Administration and General Manager to oversee critical path and ensure milestones are being met- Worked closely with external partners like MOM, STB, E2i, Community Development Councils (CDCs), hotel and HR associations for partnering opportunities or grant administration
