As RPO Team Leader, I lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve our goals effectively and efficiently. I manage the team to ensure they are motivated, productive, and delivering high-quality results. I do recruitment planning in close collaboration with the client, identifying suitable recruitment channels and defining ideal candidate profiles for each position.I also directly involve myself in the recruitment process execution, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating qualified candidates. I ensure the process meets the company's established standards by adequately evaluating candidates and meeting deadlines.Lastly, I collect and analyze information to identify trends and improvement opportunities in the recruitment process. Metrics such as average hiring time, candidate retention rate, and customer satisfaction are analyzed to evaluate team performance and implement improvements.

Leadership of outsourcing recruitment operations of companies such as VR Benefícios, SulAmérica, Conta Simples, Luizalabs, Dock and others. Amongst the main challenges, there are: - Instruction and preparation of the customer so that they utilize INTERA’s Hunt Hacking the best way possible;- Analysis of the customer’s performance to better their experience, tracking the entire customer journey and monitoring their health;- Acting in the process of after sales, stimulating the up-selling and working to generate results, to maximize profit and to transform customers into ambassadors of the company’s brand;- Acting as a consultant to the client, presenting market data and insights, aiming to make the process more attractive and strengthening the Employer Brand.

- Alignment of Tech positions with managers;- Experience in recruiting end-to-end in tech and business positions such as Data, Software Engineer, Marketing, QA, Design, Product, Finance and others;- Management and evaluation of talent and qualification funnels;- Interview process and chats with talents;- Assessing the talents during their participation journey of open selection processes;- Data analysis of the funnel with gaps identification and growth opportunities;- Forwarding the qualified talents to the customer companies.
