Priscillia Namondo is an Entrepreneur, writer,Trainer ,speaker and has the passion for youth DevelopmentShe is the manager at Zixtech HUB a co-working ,creation and acceleration space in Cameroon. she is skilled at Designing, planning, organizing, or directing orientation and training programs for employees,startups or customers.She Offers specific training programs to help workers or startups maintain or improve job skills Her focus is to identify youths/startups with innovative ideas and help to mold them in to entrepreneurs. Develop programs for training, organize training to empower youths/startups in technology, leadership, entrepreneurship etc. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback. She is passionate about empowering youths with skills that will serve as a tool to alleviate poverty and unemployment in Cameroon and AfricaShe worked as the communications officer at People Empowering People (PEP) Africa. She was in charge of developing the communication plan and communication tools to promote the activities of the organization, organize workshops and training .She is also the co-founder of “RESTLESS PEACE”, a coalition to promote peace and justice in the southwest region of Cameroon.Priscillia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Buea
