Recruitment Coordinator (Act-up HR Coordinator)1. Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and employee contracts.2. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and SLA.3. Source and recruit ±20-40 employees within a month.4. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/social media/colleges etc.5. Assess the applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes, include psychotest.6. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.7. Oversees the daily workflow of the HR department.8. Create and provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.9. Handles discipline or termination of employees by counseling and coaching in accordance with company policy.10. Design learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.11. Assist with payroll checking.
