• Develop comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing teams.• Lead the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new productlaunches and new product offer.• Collaboration in market research - General support for the day-to-day planningof the Marketing Director.• Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high qualityleads for the company.• Work closely with product development team and digital marketing team to determine the most profitable course and create promotions and campaigns for each exiting new products and properties.• Monitoring of working hours and project budgets of the marketing department.• Coordinating the production of marketing communications, writing reports, collaborating with graphic designer team in order to create company brochures and similar documents, assist with the collation of information for promotional activities, visiting customers / external agencies and helping to organize market research, maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

• Assisting the General Manager in global day-to-day park operations related to customer care and satisfaction, including the maintenance of protocols and quality control standards, calendar management, and daily report.• Organizing and planning event, guest comments and complaints handling, responsible to correct impediments to guest satisfaction, including hiring and training, arranging special guides for guests using uncommon languages, including management of Russian staff, customer service team organization.
