Represent Company interfacing with LCR (Low Cost Region) suppliers to drive commodity procurement and support strategy requirements – which lead to a significant impact on cost savings. Cover both Direct & Indirect material sourcing. - Work with global strategic procurement team/site leaders on strategic procurement planning;- Develop capable suppliers, competitive products and services in LCR to global facilities;- Coordinate engineering, purchasing, quality and suppliers to solve technical / quality/ delivery issues;- Manage preferred LCR suppliers list and recommend to global strategic team/sites leaders for sourcing in LCR on new commodities;- Contract management which ensure that mitigation of Procurement risks, changes to original scope of supply and potential claims are covered in valid contracts;- Constantly improve cost of ownership (Bidding, negotiations, cost reductions);- Understand needs of other groups and uses business & technical expertise to develop collaborative solutions;

Responsible for central ordering management to ensure sales order to be processed timely; support line manager to improve plan management system to ensure monthly invoice plan achievement- Align with regional channel team, supply chain and finance team to monitor timely and smooth sales order processing;- Work with planning team and purchasing team to provide reliable order acknowledgement, update delivery confirmation to customers;- Transfer customers request to planning team and define production priority with planning team- Provide PR to purchasing team regarding HAWA/ ROH demand from customer- Make delivery plan according to production plan, weekly or monthly.- Support with customer urgent requirement on replacement, shipping module change, event order reply- Drive delivery performance with good capability, reliability and readiness
