• Analyse design briefs for global workplace within constraints of each nature of business, costs and time.
• Responsible for preparation of presentation documents which includes sketches, AutoCAD drawings, space planning, detailed construction, as-built drawings and 3D perspectives to translate concept design ideas.
• Develop and specify materials for function and aesthetics, furniture and equipment list for each project.
• Work closely with the project team (lead/support), suppliers, sub-contractors & clients during all phases of design and ensures all design changes & solutions are well implemented and coordinated.
• Coordinate submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities.

Philippines

• Manage the aspects of furnishings for the interior design projects;
• Meet with consultants, contractors, and suppliers;
• Visit the job sites and manufacturer's workshops to ensure compliance with design and schedules;
• Assist the Principal Architects and Senior Interior Designers in supplementing the Interior Design requirements of other projects, such as source materials, gather and transmit quotations, coordinate and follow up with.
• Coordinate Interior Design work with the production team and other Interior Designers to timely and accurate completion of tasks;
• Prepare presentation materials such as colour boards, material boards, rendered layouts, and perspectives;

Philippines

• Focus mainly on construction drawings and packages, material selection and specifications, request for quotation and estimates.
• Attend site meetings, presentations and sourcing.

• Plans and propose interior design ideas/solutions, design development and space planning to meet requirements from clients for commercial & residential spaces.
• Prepare presentations, design development drawings, sketch/3d perspectives, elevations, sections and material boards.
• Organize documentation for a tender purpose which includes Cad drawings, FF&E
• specifications.
• Development of design concepts including material palette, finishes, and furniture selection.
• Site supervision and inspection to ensure design are met and up to standards.
