I was responsible for the development of a critical system for the Federal Treasury of Russia that automates the issuance of 30,000 digital signature certificates per working day, ensuring compliance with complex multi-step approvals and automated checks.▪️At the initiative of the client, the system was migrated to open-source technologies at the end of 2019: .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and Linux hosting. I am proud to have developed strategies and implemented solutions for migrating the system's microservices and a multi-terabyte database with only a few hours of downtime overnight.▪️I spearheaded the adoption of new technologies such as React.js, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, and Docker, enhancing the system’s flexibility and efficiency.▪️I led the development and deployment of a digital signature generation system with strict security requirements, for which a fork of .NET Core was created and certified along with the application code. The system holds a Russian patent, and I am one of the authors.
