-Primarily provided care in the Northfield, NJ office to provide chiropractic treatment including, but not limited to: spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, and flexion/distraction technique-Took and reviewed diagnostic x-ray images based on patient complaints to ensure proper care is provided or a referral to an outside physician is made-Conducted Day Two Reports to discuss exam findings and x-ray results with patient, as well as a treatment plan designed for each specific patient-Established strong communication with the occupational therapist and nurse practitioner to provide a strong multidisciplinary approach to ensure each provider is on the same page with treatment plan

-Served as the first chiropractor within this location and built up a patient base with existing physical therapy patients -Treated approximately 90-110 patients per week, specializing in the geriatric patient population, with utilization of conservative chiropractic treatment -Designed patient-specific care plans with collaboration from the physical therapist and occupational therapist to meet patient care needs -Distributed durable medical equipment (DME) when deemed necessary

•Write up a thorough case management review which consists of a perspective patient care plan, chief complaint, and a detailed history of the patient’s current and previous healthcare which is then presented to an advising doctor for patient care approval.•Provide an adequate chiropractic assessment to each patient that presents in the office for a visit.

•Stand alongside the head chiropractor to witness a spinal adjustment and taking x-ray films with the patient’s permission.•Observe the office management team’s duties and responsibilities at the front desk to learn the core of a high performing chiropractic clinic such as patient flow management, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients seeking care.

•Answer phone calls and transfer those phone calls to the correct unit/department within the hospital.•Attend to visitors in the hospital by providing the accurate information and directions needed.
