With a combined experience of 6+ years, I am an experienced Business Consultant and Data Strategist currently working with Mercer and helping clients across the globe to envision and formulate their Business Transformation Strategy in the fields of Wealth, Health and Career. My job role elaborately includes providing data-driven approach towards Operating Model redesigning, in terms of People, Process and Technology. I have a combined prior experience of more than 3.5 years with Accenture Strategy & Consulting: Applied Intelligence and PwC. I am a career-driven person with a demonstrated knowledge in Data Science and Business Intelligence in Growth Strategy and Retail industry, primarily in Consumer Products and Goods (CPG) sector. I am also well versed in curating growth analytics solutions for Consumer Goods retail giants, across their overall business blueprint and perform deep-dive analysis in specific Geographies, Product Categories, and Sales/Distribution Channels. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, India, and have completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from VGSoM, IIT Kharagpur. Apart from being an enthusiast learner and workaholic individual, I enjoy traveling and cooking as a hobby.
