Regional Accounts Officer
Current Responsible for entries recovery in MIS. Recovery Status report to Accounts Manager, Finance Manager, Operation Manager & Area Manager. Manage the accounting system including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, project costing, inventory, credit and corrections to contribute to overall financial and performance results. Ensure compliance with corporate, local statutory requirement through appropriate record keeping Share Monthly closing and opening status with region. Maintaining the books of accounts up to finalization. Bank deposits, Payments and reconciliation. Preparation of Month end reports, Year end reports. Preparation of Month end Income Data. Checking vouchers with supporting documents. Checking all the tax related documents. Correcting the ledger accounts. Preparation of Vouching Notes. Preparation of Depreciation statements
