- Taking a key role as a ‘Proposal Manager and Front Sales Focal point” for providing proposal support to all African countries, Iraq and Egypt- Leading team of proposal engineers in Bahrain with remote support from Global Delivery Centre in India- Managing delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within Customer defines timeframes- Develop and review proposal strategies and proposal development plan- Communication with management for monthly reports and order intake updates- Communication with Front Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance and Legal for proposal support and order transfers

- Taking a key role as a ‘Pre-Sales and Proposal Lead’ for the Africa world area proposals. - Site visits and Presentation by visiting Customers in African countries like Algeria, Nigeria, Angola, South Africa- Supporting regional front offices for making proposal based upon Yokogawa’s Solution products like DCS, SIS, FGS, RTU, SCADA and also some of the advanced solution products like Plant Information Management System (PIMS), Operator Training Simulator (OTS), Network Security Solutions, etc.- Designing techno-commercial proposals on the basis of study of request for quotation (RFQ) documents, identifying and collecting customer inputs required for the project- Participating in kick-off meetings with respective regional sales leader- Generating Compliance Table, IO Summary, Bill of Material, Heat load and Power Calculations- Preparing Price Summary, System Architecture, Technical Solution, Cabinet Designs and other related documents- Developing RFQ documents for major third party buyout items- Coordinating with procurement department for obtaining quotes for major third party buyouts- Coordinating with front sales team for project forecast and support for Customer visits- Coordinating with Engineering team for order transfer and project scope equalization- Maintaining Risk Register for strategic proposals

• Taking a key role as a ‘Proposal Lead’ for the Asia Pacific and North America world area proposals. • Addressing Asia Pacific regional front offices for making proposal based upon Emerson’s Solution products like DCS, SIS, FGS and also some of the advanced solution products like Plant Information Management System (PIMS)• Designing techno-commercial proposals on the basis of study of request for quotation (RFQ) documents, identifying and collecting customer inputs required for the project• Participating in kick-off meetings with respective regional sales leader• Generating Compliance Table, IO Summary, Bill of Material, Heat load and Power Calculations• Preparing Price Summary, System Architecture, Technical Solution, Cabinet Designs and other related documents• Obtaining proposals validation from assigned Project Manager in terms of Project Management Hours, Engineering Hours, and correctness of proposed solution as well as BOM• Developing RFQ documents for major third party buyout items• Coordinating with procurement department for obtaining quotes for major third party buyouts• Coordinating with project planner for getting Project implementation schedule

• Involved in the preparation of Detail Design Specifications (DDS) and engineering database management• Configuration and testing of logics and sequences based on process control narratives (PCN) and P&IDs in EPKS system• Implementation and execution of Control Modules (CMs) and Sequential control modules (SCMs) using C300 control builder• Integration of graphical user interfaces like graphic displays with control modules and sequential control modules• Integration of EPKS safety system with DCS system using peer control data interface• Engineering and configuration of Foundation Fieldbus devices• Conducting internal testing and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with Customer• Involved in Punch list clearance and handled Management of Change procedure• Involved in Site Acceptance Test, Commissioning and Start-up with Customer• Issue and manage control system related documentation as and when required• Technical support to Project Manager during clarification meetings with Customer• Co-ordination with technical support team to resolve technical issues faced either during FAT or at site• Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Good interpersonal and organizational skills. • Ability to work autonomously and take decisionsProjects Handled:• British Petroleum CIIU Migration – Migration of Honeywell TPS system to EPKS R400 system for three trains of CIIU plant• Shell Pearl Gas to Liquid Project – Worked as Team Leader for Effluent Treatment Plant with Veolia and Saipem JV FranceSpecial Assignment: Commission and Start-up support for Shell Pearl GTL Project in Qatar
