Currently, Heading the Civil Team of Nayara Energy Limited for all diverse Greenfield Projects of the Company My Core Competencies include:• Review the construction activities for timely & smooth completion of project including organizing the schedule of work, costings, and budget. • Review overall construction sequence for Open foundation, Piling, PCC, RCC, composite structure & finishing work and accordingly plan, coordinate and implement various activities taking care of various inter disciplinary interfaces.• Meeting contractual conditions of performance and work progress in terms of scope, cost, and schedule variances & waivers.• Review development of construction management processes, means, methods, codes and standards. Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. • Review in preparing approval notes, organization chart for the area and get them approved from relevant authority.• Review in setting up project monitoring and control systems including cashflows for the area.Ensuring that post project work like meeting PG parameters, purchase orders and contract closing activities etc. are completed in time. • Review of contract agreement, technical specification and general condition of spec and negotiate revisions, changes with consultants, clients, supplier and subcontractors.• Review of plans, drawings and quantities. Prepare detailed bill of quantities for material scheduling, construction of planning and cost analysis. Review of formal design• Review of BOQ s, Quality Assurance Plans(QAPS), ITPs, Job procedures, tender documents as per requirements, technical bid evaluation of vendors, vendor short listing on technical expertise.• Monitoring implementation & documentation of quality systems; managing techno-commercial activities related to construction and contracts and procurement of utility equipment• Implementing best safety techniques HSE at the project site and effectively implementing no hazards & accident free project site.• Directing & instructing vendor engineers arranging training for Personnel on regular basis to maintain best quality standards & practices in construction
