Pritam is an experienced Investment professional with expertise in providing financial solutions for complete capital requirements across the credit stack. He works as a Senior Associate with the Special Situations fund of Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors, private credit business of Edelweiss Financial Services. His responsibilities include deal evaluation (equity/ debt), credit underwriting, transaction structuring, term-sheet negotiation, legal documentation, asset monitoring as well as exit. Prior to joining Edelweiss Group, he was employed with the Corporate Finance Group at Piramal Capital which managed an an AUM of US$ ~1.3 Bn. Previously he worked with the Investment Banking team of HDFC Bank appraising project finance deals in transportation sector and working on IPO/ M&A mandates for infrastructure companies. He has also worked as a Senior Manager in L&T Infra Debt Fund providing various financial solutions like super senior facility (tripartite), low coupon bonds, Non-Convertible Debentures, Rupee Term Loans, Letter of Comfort etc. across infrastructure sectors like transportation, solar power, wind power, transmission etc.
