Job Responsibilities:• Supervision of day to day Accounting & Closing of Monthly Accounts, Finalization of Trial Balance, P & L A/c and Balance Sheet• Preparation of Bank Reconciliations & providing Fund Position to Management on daily basis, • Making Foreign Remittances towards Direct Import Bills on due dates, Advance Payment for Testing Samples, Clean Outward Remittances for services received, filing of Form No. 15CA & 15CB,• Preparation of Documents for Acceptance of bills against Letter of Credit, Delivery Order, Request for Buyer’s Credit against Import Bills, Extension of Buyer’s Credit or Transfer of Buyer’s Credit etc., • Responsible for Deduction & Deposit of TDS and as per Income Tax Act, Preparation and Filing of TDS Returns (24Q, 26Q & 27Q) and issue of TDS Certificates within deadlines. • Responsible for timely deposit of Service Tax, VAT & CST, Preparation and Filing of Sales Tax and Service Tax Returns for all branches,• Review/Preparations of Accounts Payable/Receivable Reconciliations and issuance of debit/Credit Notes as per requirements.• Maintaining Fixed Assets Register including Tagging of physical assets, capitalization of expenses and accounting for deposal/sale of fixed assets. • Dealing with Statutory Auditors and Tax Consultants to provide/receive relevant details and information wherever required. and assisting in due diligence audit• Liasoning with Bank relationship managers with regards to remittances and other bank related work.• Timely submission of monthly MIS to Management for Shipment wise sale purchase, including quantitative details, Foreign outwards remittances against purchases, Bills Receivables, Import Bills & Buyer’s Credit, and any other report as required by Management,
