• Working closely with Managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent.• Involved in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and screening, qualifying and negotiating rates. Coordinating with interview Process/Feedback.• Sourcing best talent through internal database, professional references, Internal Referrals, Job portals, Linked In.• Conducting detailed phone screens to evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to Travel/Relocate and overall suitability.• Briefing the candidates about the job profile, career growth, organization Culture etc. Recommending suitable profiles for further technical evaluations.• Coordinating the interview rounds with the technical teams.
