Repositioned the brand for Retail, created the Love Hemp water cbd range. Introduced Oils, Capsules and Gummies into High St and Major Retail. We sold the business in November 2019.

Brand was set-up as a joint venture with Renuka, a Sri Lankan based Plc, in order to enter the coconut water market in the UK.Renuka have their own plantations of coconuts in Sri Lanka and wanted a means to sell their coconut water. I created the brand King Coco and established a supply chain and customers in both the UK and European market. In order to focus solely on Pomegreat, I sold my 50% share of the IP to Renuka and exited.

Was engaged at a very early stage in the company life cycle. Worked alongside the founding family members on all aspects relating to the brand name, packaging design and brand positioning. Advised on business structures, product formulation, general operations and logistics, retailer communication and introductions, wholesale customer introductions, PR and marketing strategies along with overall finance requirements. Exited when brand had developed from idea to being on-shelf in early customers such as Selfridges and Harrods.
