I have worked extensively in the field of Education both as a Montessori classroom teacher and as a coach for new teachers . My experience is in helping teachers apply the principles of child centric, hands on learning in different cultural contexts, in schools following Montessori or other pedagogies. The focus of my work has always been child- centered, experiential learning, building a positive school culture, implementing peace education and effective communication in schools. Relevant skills includeDesigning learning environments and activities based on the characteristics and needs of children ranging from Toddlers to Adolescents . Creating and managing multi-grade, multi level, inclusive educational environments.Adapting, contextualizing and re structuring curriculum and resources to suit the varying needs of students and teachers.Integrating best practices in a variety of schools with different socio economic profiles and diverse student populations.
