HR EXECUTIVE: • Joining formalities: Induction and on-boarding of the new recruits to the system and to explain them Hr policies and procedures• Maintain Database : Attendance & Leave management , compensation & statutory compliance. • Handling : Petty cash management, insurance-related issues• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees • Taking care of entire admin activities.RECRUITMENT: -• Manage end to end recruitment.• Handling End to end recruitment process for clients in IT & non IT sector• Handling all levels of Recruitment- Junior Level, Middle Level and Senior Level position• Maintained an active and passive database of candidates• Recruitment and Selection by analysing the skills of candidates through their resumes and short listing them according to suitable job profiles from various job portals and LinkedIn.• Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates through Portals, online advertisement, headhunting, and referrals
