A decisive member of the logistics team in contributing towards the companies corporate goal of achieving a 97% D1 score (delivery method). A measure implemented and monitored closely by the largest customer - Airbus. My role involves complete ownership in the creation and maintenance of manufacturing plans for three key accounts, Airbus UK, Airbus France and Airbus Spain. Distributing plans to logistics and manufacturing managers and supervisors to ensure a smooth production flow. To guarantee committed daily shipments are made, to both sub-contractors and Airbus. Collating and presenting up to date production information for daily meetings with directors, managers and supervisors. Role also included- To interface with Airbus contacts to discuss changing demands.- Creating run-to-lists during tight deadlines.- Ensuring economical batch sizes are launched for factory production.

A key member of the logistics team. Placed in command of the logistics department whilst management were away on the development of a new computer system. I performed crucial tasks to ensure a smooth running of the department. The role involved motivating team members and delegating tasks. Role included- Managing a small team- Preparing for and attending weekly production meetings- Daily workload preparation for warehouse- Creating production orders based on demand- Stock control of filled products- Booking in of overruns and under runs from factory production- Liaising with costumers, suppliers, sales force and production- Booking in deliveries with costumers and liaising with couriers- Dealing with logistics related transport queries- OTIF i.e to get goods out on time and in full to work towards the company's corporate objective of 98%

Preparing and participating in major hair and beauty exhibitions all over the country. My role involved liaising with management on a daily basis and processing costumers orders. I had to research and plan for exhibitions, general secretarial and administration duties, basic financial budgeting and customer service. I gained confidence to deal with costumers. The role allowed me to develop my team working and organisation skills.

My role involved specialising in visual marketing with regards to children's toys. I dealt with everything from installing equipment to promoting toys on the market. I gained extensive knowledge on applying marketing concepts. The role also included managing a team of workers, meeting production targets and to liaise with the company managers and mechanics on achieving set targets.
