Working on High Voltagebatteries and trouble shooting of same. • Working on Battery Cooling system, to ensure full efficiency of the EV vehicle. • Working on Traction Motor Cooling System, checking regulatory parts like FAN, Coolant,Pump. • To troubleshoot fault following the codes in the vehicle accordingly & training the FTT,GET for same. • Technical approach and prompt action on attention needed vehicle for any issues related to Insulation fault. • Preparation of Product Concern Report(PCR) to analyze the ongoing defects in vehicle to generate proper channel for R&D and Production team. • To ensure the attention of all preventive maintenance schedule • Inspect the buses attended for —a. Breakdown attention. b. Periodic maintenance schedule. c. Major docking schedule. • To investigate the breakdown & take corrective actions. • To ensure proper attention of Driver complaints. • Toinvestigate cases of trip losses & initiate step to minimize trip losses. • To check condition of tires, batteries, body condition, etc.
