INC.Supply Chain Managementa) Work with Tea Procurement Team to source the right products. b) Negotiate contracts with Suppliers. c) Control Shipment and Delivery processes. d) Plan and Implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met. e) Oversee Product storage, Handling and Distribution. f) Analyze sea route schedules or load plans, historical activity and customer trends for enhancing routing efficiency and best solution. g) Demand & Supply Forecasting. h) Interact with clients to resolve issues and plan implementations i) Analysis Inventory and generating ongoing cost-saving measures. j) Examine Shipment procedures and suggest or implement improvements in order to eliminate waste. k) Import Documentation. 2) Logistics Managementa) Negotiation with Freight Forwarder & Carriers about shipment costs. b) Establishing and Managing Incoming and outbound shipping schedules. c) Managing the flow of resources and goods throughout an organization. d) Supervising deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of Goods delivered. e) Purchase Order Placement & Shipment Execution. f) Monitor Overseas Shipment (both Ocean & Air shipment). g) Monitor Vessel Routing and Container Arrivals and inform Production and Sales Department.h) Supervising the remainder of the logistics team’s job i) Supervising the process of importing and exporting a product j) Coordination of manufacturing schedules, storage, and shipment of certain goods and commodities. k) Developing procedures and systems for scheduling and tracking procurement and distribution operations. l) Import Custom Clearance & Documentation m) Inland Transportation n) Others (Sample Approvals, Shipping Report, Product Evaluation) etc.3) Management Information System a) Analytical Report - Demand Analysis & Inventory Management Report, Shipment Tracking & Mileage Report. b) Submit Sourcing Report to Buyer & Procurement Dept. (Annual Purchase & Consumption Report) c) Submit Compliance Reports to Buyers / Procurement Department (Supplier Approval Report, Rainforest Alliance Report, Fairtrade Report, Organic Report) 4) Compliance Dutiesa) Participate in Compliance Audits (BRC AUDIT, RFA AUDIT, ORGANIC AUDIT & Fair Trade ) b) Acquire Compliance Certificates/Forms from Shippers on periodical basis. c) Organic Certificates, RFA Certificates, Supplier Assessment etc.
