 Worked on menthone, menthol distillation and crystallization. Responsible for menthol crystallization to finish good product. Reporting to Production Manager and Unit head. Monitoring on crystallization and unit operations. Material balance, Material Traciablity. Optimize plant parameters to minimize energy losses and cost. BMR, cleaning records, DCS, Permit system. Ensure safety in plant and follow of SOP. Troubleshooting. Manpower handling.

 Scheduling & Executions work distribution as per availability of manpower & Monitoring on manpower.Maintaining GMP & Handling SOPs & PDS to achieve a good production in time. Perform and monitor all critical steps during a Batch manufacturing process. To execute Batch operation according to PDS & SOP as to achieve quality and yield. Cleanliness & housekeeping of the plant to maintain it in audit ready state. Effective utilization of manpower in shift. Following plant start-up& shut down as per SOP
