• HighQ is a hyper-growth SaaS business that provides secure enterprise collaboration software to the world’s leading law firms, banks and governments. • Joined as finance employee number two (after CFO) and assisted building a finance function (now seven strong). • Alongside the CFO, retrospectively submitted three years of accounts to voluntary audits in preparation for an investment process. Now heavily involved in year-end statutory audits. • Provided direct support to the CFO and CEO during extensive financial due diligence for the company’s first successful capital raise of $50m of growth equity from institutional investors Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. • Migrated the company’s accounting system from QuickBooks to Intacct and integration into Salesforce. • Preparation of monthly performance overview pack, financial commentary and board packs for the board of directors’ monthly meetings.
