The responsibly included here were to represent the client as their marketing agent promote their product, create & execute a media plan and budget, design planning and programming of the next season's production on behalf of the manufacturing brand, sales and payments collection. Successfully set up and launched 3 Exclusive Brand Outlets for Reid and Taylor in Bangalore, from planning store set up, stock buying, visual merchandising and store launch were handled with a team under. Organised annual meetings for the brand heads and owners to interact with the channel partners at many occasions for multiple brands at various locations across India. Adding on to this various administrative functions of the Organisation’s branch offices at Chennai and Hyderabad were to be overlooked.
