I am an Advocate & Counsel based in India practicing for many years. I work as a Counsel in the Supreme Court of India, Various High courts including High Court of Bombay & Various tribunals of India including NCLT, Income tax & GST Tribunals. I do arbitration for commercial, IP, and Construction disputes. I am the Founder & Principal of Pritesh Burad Associates (PBA). At PBA we believe in maintaining the highest level of ethics & trust in relationships. We also believe in maintaining the highest standard of professionalism and confidentiality in all our dealings.I have extensive practice in Commercial disputes, Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Law, White Collar Crimes, and Arbitrations (both Domestic & International).I have a strong educational background. I have read law (LLB) at MCT Law College of the University of Mumbai and at Somaiya for B.com (Graduate). I have also pursued a Diploma in Taxation Laws (DTL) from Bhartiya Vidyapeeth, Pune, and have also studied Certified Financial Planner (CFP). I also qualified as an Associate to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), London, U. K.I am the member to various Associations & Institutes like Mumbai Centre of International Arbitration (MCIA), Bombay Bar Association (BBA), Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa (BCM&G), Thane district court bar association, Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation (IIAM), Jain Conference, New Delhi and a Patron member of Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO).
