It Solution Expert
CurrentAs an application engineer at Siemens Energy, my primary responsibility is to provide right solution and support to our users on different Autodesk software’s.• Assign tickets to self and the team based on work load and specialization• Provide Technical Support to users by using internal tool like (skype; Remote desktop assistance; Email)• Diagnose/Investigate, Troubleshoot and reproduce and resolve the technical queries• Collaborate with various other teams to ensure optimum technical solution is provided to users• Provide training to other team member on problem faced by customer• Monthly report extraction from ServiceNOW (SNOW) ticketing software• Create and update knowledge articles in ServiceNOW (SNOW)• Address “How to Questions” of Users• Prepare training material and conduct training program on user demand or based on product release plan• Coordinating with IT infrastructure team to ensure pre requisite are meet as per application system requirement• Create installation packages of Autodesk applications.• Test applications/packages/third party and in house developed plugins as per test protocols• Coordinate with request management team, deployment team and change control management team in successfully rolling out and deployment of application• Based on severity and need update product with latest service packs release by Autodesk• Perform Integration testing with other softwares (i.e- plm) before mass rollout of Autodesk softwares• application utilization study and license utilization analysis.• Create Autodesk webpage and maintain it on team place (Microsoft share point) with all the latest information and training material• Maintain monthly report of license usage statics and user list.• Update Customize SIEMENS ENERGY menu and templates to be compatible with latest release• key user communication meetings & interaction on Product maintenance• Introduce new application based on user communication and user requirement.
