• Executing Master production plan for timely & effective procurement of Indirect Material & Consumables; managing a wide range of functions, like vendor development, & inventory control.• To ensure nonstop production in plant round the clock by maintaining the optimal level of Inventory by maintaining the Optimal Reordering level of Indirect Raw materials.• Responsible for procurement of various Consumable Items, Packaging Material, Drawing Based Items, Electrical , Mechanicals, Plumbing, Carpentry, Horticulture , Housekeeping, Fabrication, Civil, Safety, I.T. and Printing& Stationary Items after receiving Purchasing Indent & Purchase Requisition from various departments.

• To Maintain the Optimum Level of ROL Items Procurement for Optimum Level of Inventory.• Assisting Stores in management of optimal levels of inventory, ensuring no overstocking of materials Spares & Consumables through various inventory controlling tools i.e. ABC analysis.• Ensuring follow-up with vendors for timely deliveries/ quality checks & ensuring timely payments.• Meeting customer orders by designing, implementing, monitoring effective procurement schedules and establishing the quantity level for effective inventory control. • Identifying and developing potential vendors for achieving cost effective purchases of indirect raw materials, finished goods, etc. eliminating capacity bottlenecks & reduction in delivery time.• Assessing performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms.• Developing a dependable vendor database for the entire indirect raw material requirement without compromising on quality.

• Responsible for procurement of various Civil, Safety, I.T. and Printing& Stationary Items after receiving Purchasing Indent from stores & Purchase Requisition (P.R.) from various departments.• Float enquiry of various items, Prepare Comparative Statement after receipt of quotations through various approved sub vendors.• Negotiation with vendors for various commercial terms & conditions. Convince vendors to process repeat orders on old rates which lowest in current market.• Ordering to authorized dealers & Annual Rate Contract with vendors for standard materials.• Responsible for to check Annual Maintenance Contract & Service Contract as per company schedule of rate i.e.(S.O.R.) • New Vendor development.
