- Led data initiative of a comprehensive report on Republic First’s (acquired by Fulton) customer profile, focusing on loan/deposit data, vendor relationship, corporate identification, and CRM assignments to enhance a 6-month conversion plan- Executed a detailed cost analysis to select between remote deposit capture vendors for post-acquisition accounts by assessing product suites against Fulton’s customer profiles to determine the urgency for customer migrations across vendors

- Assisted in designing a detailed index assessing 4 US regions’ receptiveness to solar companies, utilizing a quantitative weighted rubric for strategic market entry recommendations, leading to a market entry guide for clients- Performed an in-dept analysis of SolarCity/Tesla through analyzing financial performance, valuations, venture backing, team dynamics, and proprietary technology alongside government incentives to furnish clients with a robust investment and operational insight

Analyzed the agency’s expenses and revenues by reviewing expense reports and commission statements to guide managerial decisions on cost-cutting strategies; Led 4-week development of Cloze CRM program by consolidating the information of 19,000+ agency contacts and reconstructing the house buying/selling process to create a more intimate customer experience; Created 40+ pages of Central PA marketing descriptions for potential buyers and sellers to strengthen the agency’s campaign in local magazines
