I am working at IBM as a Compliance Administrator and Implementation analyst with one of our Client Westpac Bank Australia.My roles and responsibilities is to Coordinate and Initiate Changes when Microsoft release patches and provide schedule of changes to the change requesters & other stakeholders through BMC remedy ticketing tool.Select the CAB members, and facilitate the CAB meetings, preparing the report for Daily CAB call and chair the CAB call.Prepare the agenda for the CAB meetings, and provide all the necessary review information to the CAB members prior to meeting.Coordinate with change raisers on suggested amendments during CAB and track till completion.Develop a Change management strategy based on situation, being impacted by the change failureInitiate approvals from different CAB teams of Westpac to implement the changes in servers.Implementing the security patches on window servers according to the changes implementation plan through automation tools, IEM BIGFIX and BMC as well as manual patchingFollowing up with the clients and stakeholders for PIV post validation information and change Closure.

Identify the problems faced by the higher officials in a Greenfield Project, Suggested some potential solutions for the problems of the project and prepared some suitable policies that could help in guidelines of the Company's Policy making.
